The City of Bartow has partnered with DemandStar to distribute automatic solicitation notifications, addendums, award recommendations, etc. to all interested firms. This is an automated notification service that will send new opportunities directly to you once your online account has been activated. This service is part of an effort to improve communication with suppliers, streamline and reduce administrative costs. DemandStar is an independent entity and is not an agent or representative of the City of Bartow.

We ask that all vendors register with DemandStar, so that your company is automatically notified of our solicitations in order to access the website where documents are available to download. Although this service is not a mandatory requirement in bidding with the City, it is the only way to be notified automatically of solicitations.

 

  • To register with DemandStar go to: https://www.demandstar.com/registration
    • On the registration form, enter the required information and be sure to select the City of Bartow as your Free Agency Registration.
