Customers who would prefer to receive a more consistent month-to-month bill that is less affected by seasonal temperature variations may want to consider enrolling in our average monthly billing program. Online

Method 1: Only VISA and MasterCard debit/credit cards are accepted thru our FREE online payment site: Bartow Municipal Online Payment.

Method 2: All major debit/credit cards, except VISA, are accepted thru Point and Pay Online Payments. There is a processing fee associated with this payment method. E-check payments can be made through this method for a processing fee of $2.95 flat rate.

Phone

Call our toll free automated phone payment telephone number at: 866-923-8238 and follow the prompts to make your payment by phone with all major debit/credit cards, except VISA. There is a processing fee associated with this payment method.

Auto Debit

You can sign up for draft bill pay at Customer Service so that your bill will automatically be debited each month from your checking account. This payment process is free.

Walk-In

Payments may be made at the Bartow AMSCOT store located at 250 East Van Fleet Drive. Payments can also be made at all other existing AMSCOT stores located across Florida. AMSCOT will accept both cash and check payments. Any account subject to cutoff, must be paid no later than 5 p.m. on the cutoff date listed on your utility bill. This payment process is free. 

Drop-Off

Drop off your payment at the drop box on the north end of City Hall, 450 North Wilson Ave, in Bartow. Please have the coupon and/or the account number legibly written on the check or money order. No cash payments. Any account subject to cutoff, must be paid no later than 5 p.m. on the cutoff date listed on your utility bill. This payment process is free.

Drop off your payment at the Polk County Tax Collector's Office in the lobby at the drop box, 430 East Main Street, in Bartow. Please have the coupon and/or the account number legibly written on the check or money order. No cash payments. Any account subject to cutoff, must be paid no later than 5 p.m. on the cutoff date listed on your utility bill. This payment process is free.

Mail-In

Payments may be mailed to City of Bartow, P. O. Box 1069, Bartow, FL 33831. Please have the coupon and/or the account number legibly written on the check or money order. Please mail your payment seven (7) days before the due date to make sure it is received prior to the due date listed on your bill. The payment process is free.
