Pursuant to Florida State Statute, and Florida Administrative Code, each year, the City of Bartow publishes the Full Cost Accounting (based on Unit Costs) for Residential, Commerical, and Recycling services. This Notice of Public Disclosure is reviewed and approved by the City's Director of Solid Waste.
The 2011-2012 Full Cost Accounting is as follows:
