Deposits are required for all new electric and water services. There is a $5.00 credit application fee to determine the deposit for all Residential Services. You are required to fill out an application for service, show your driver's license, and a copy of your lease, rental or purchase agreement. All new accounts will be assessed a one time $20.00 transfer fee in addition to the deposit.

The deposits are held in escrow and can be returned, if requested, after five (5) years with a good credit history, i.e., no late payments. Interest is paid each year on your deposit and is normally applied to the January bill.
