HOW ARE YARD WASTE, JUNK, BULK WASTE & APPLIANCES COLLECTED?

Garden or yard waste is all accumulations of grass, leaves, fallen fruit, tree or shrubbery cuttings or any other material which is horticultural in nature and incidental to the care of any from of landscaping, whether natural or devised. 

Junk is non-recyclable boxes, plastics and containers, unwanted personal garbage cans, metal, toys, furniture, carpet, clothes, books, tools, grills and similar waste materials that ordinarily accumulate around a home.

Appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, and disiwashers are collected on your neighboorhood's waste collection day. 

If you clean out the garage, a shed, a bedroom, etc...?

  1. Bag smaller non-recyclable items.
  2. Place bags and large bulky items at the curb with your yard waste for collection.

Televisions: 

  • Small: Place inside your green roll-out-cart for collection.
  • Large: Place large TV's at the curb for collection.
