PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

Please be advised that representatives of the City of Bartow and the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades District Council 78 will meet on June 4, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. in the City Commission Chamber at Bartow City Hall, 450 N. Wilson Ave., Bartow, FL 33830.

This purpose of this meeting is to conduct collective bargaining negotiations between the chief executive officer of the City of Bartow and the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades District Council 78 representing the General Employees’ bargaining unit.

If anyone decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
